The latest talk making the rounds among Capitol Hill reporters is that a large news outlet has some “complex” information on Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama, which the outlet may run very soon. The story is possibly being held in order to do the most damage to the Illinois politician’s surging campaign.
The speculation likely relates to the recent infamous Robert Novak column, which indicated Obama to be the long rumored sitting Democratic senator with a devastating scandal in his background.
“Agents of Sen. Hillary Clinton are spreading the word in Democratic circles that she has scandalous information about her principal opponent for the party’s presidential nomination, Sen. Barack Obama, but has decided not to use it,” Novak reported. “The nature of the alleged scandal was not disclosed.” Read more…
