friday1.gifI did it. I can’t fix it. But there’s no turning back.

Rep. Duncan Hunter is running for Prez under the header “the conservative’s conservative.” Does that mean more spending? Because I swear that Bush ran under the same banner.

Senate Dems can’t decide on the best way not to support Bush.

Don’t even think about supporting Hillary, if you don’t have at least $1 million.

Everybody may hate Chris Matthews, but they sure do love Pell grants. But at what cost to other student programs?

D Street is cursed. Must avoid D Street.

More black days for Barack Obama.

Al Gore nominated for both Oscar and Nobel Peace Prize. I’d want the Oscar.

Pentagon uses the Internet to make it appear like less troops have been mutilated in Iraq. Crazy Web heads.

Rent Groundhog Day on the way home from work tonight. It’s a classic!

While many pundits are speculating whether Al Gore will decide to throw his hat in the ring if “An Inconvenient Truth” wins an Academy Awards in February, the Boston Globe reminds us that John Kerry still has Presidential passions of the heart.

“According to two people who have discussed the matter with Kerry in recent weeks, the deep desire he had to become president in 2004 hasn’t abated,” according to the report. “Nevertheless, he realizes that another run would be difficult, given his diminished public standing — and given the Democratic heavyweights who are already in the race, according to the Kerry associates. They spoke on condition of anonymity because of the confidential nature of their conversations with the senator.”

Here’s a prediction, kids: If we don’t hear an announcement by the end of January, he ain’t running again. The time to announce is now. Anything later, for Kerry at least, will seem like unnecessary meringue on an already full pie.

tuesday3.gifHillary Clinton and other aspiring U.S. Presidents unintentionally teach Al Qaeda deputy just how cool Internet video can be. “I’m in to win,” said Ayman al-Zawahiri, the chief aide to Osama bin Laden, on his flashy new campaign Web site.

Al Gore nominated for an Oscar this a.m. Upon learning the news, he unexpectedly pledged that he created global warning, as well as the Internet, so that you could learn about it.

Dems in Congress immediately cursed Gore for creating global warming, and proceeded to in-fight over the issue. He’ll never be Prez.

Yuck, what’s that crazy old Worcester dude doing with FDR’s cane?

President Bush will be appearing on TV in lieu of Dancing with the Stars tonight. He’s gonna be a bigger letdown than even trainwreck Sara Evans.

Surge may taste good at first, but it’s gonna hurt going down.

Can we be assured that uninsured people really matter?

Sen. John Warner has always been a trouble-maker. His smooth, sexy face has betrayed him long enough.

Big Head DC officially launched on the most depressing day of the year. We couldn’t have planned it any better, if we tried.
