Some who are hearing the news of the disappearance of dominatrix Leola McConnell, who claims to have had a bisexual affair with President George W. Bush in the 1980s, are drawing parallels to the case of a woman who filed a 2002 lawsuit against the president, claiming he raped her, and who was subsequently found dead in 2003.

“Margie D. Schoedinger of Missouri City, Texas, filed a lawsuit against George W. Bush in Fort Bend County Court,” according to a report from the Fort Bend Star. ”In her suit she alleged, ‘race based harassment and individual sex crimes committed against her and her husband.’”

The case never went to court because Schoedinger was soon found dead in her home with a single gunshot wound to the head. Women rarely use guns when committing suicide.

Jackson Thoreau, a journalist who talked to Schoedinger about her case before her death, has reported that she was surprised her rape allegations hadn’t been covered more in the mainstream press because “it is true…People have to be accountable for what they do, and that’s why I’m pursuing it.”

As we told you on Tuesday, several people who regularly communicate with her have told us they have not heard from her in a few weeks, and attempts by us to reach her have been unsuccessful to date.

Now, one of her acquaintances gives us this update:

Apparently a former client turned close friend was killed and she went to retrieve some evidence he left for her and turned up missing herself. It could be related to the book.

While writing her series of books called Lustful Utterances, McConnell had told friends recently that she was growing increasingly concerned that her allegations about politicos who had used her services would somehow cause her harm.

In May, Big Head DC revealed that lawyers for Deborah Jeane Palfrey, the alleged “DC Madam” considered calling McConnell to be as an expert witness to testify on Palfrey’s behalf in her case versus the government.

“Why does Ann Coulter have a sick obsession with John Edwards?” we asked earlier this week.

McConnell is perhaps most famous for claiming she entertained a bisexual bondage and sex session with President Bush and U.S. Ambassador Victor Ashe in the 1980s.

Big Head DC revealed in May that lawyers for “DC Madam” Deborah Jeane Palfrey contacted McConnell for a possible role as an expert witness to testify on Palfrey’s behalf in her on-going case versus the government.

After that revelation, McConnell wrote that she “was contacted by a woman who says she hooked up with Vice President Dick Cheney in 1997, while she was working the streets of the nation’s capital.”

“I hope to post an audio file of our conversation on the incident shortly,” McConnell said. “I can tell you it’s quite sexually graphic and has BDSM connotations.”

Adding weight to her current claims: Part two of McConnell’s book was written long before Craig’s gay bathroom scandal ever came to light. 

The book will be released in time for Christmas.

Big Head DC has received word that Leola McConnell, the bodybuilding dominatrix who claims to have had a bisexual affair with President Bush and U.S. Ambassador Victor Ashe in the 1980s, is steaming mad about Ann Coulter’s sexual politics.

“Ms. McConnell said Ann Coulter’s every word is contrived to come across in one way or another as sexual and that she’s having cyber/cable TV sex with those men who hang on her every word about Dems,” according to an insider who’s talked to McConnell since the controversial “Hardball” airing last night. “Leola thinks the woman in the background in the video on your Web site with her breast showing through her blouse is a shill positioned to keep the sexuality of Coulter’s message constant.”

McConnell is also apparently a big Elizabeth Edwards fan. Edwards, you’ll recall, confronted Coulter on “Hardball” last night for calling her husband a “fag” in the past.

“Elizabeth Edwards is such a courageous fighter (and a gem of a human being) battling cancer and trying to raise her family with so much working against her,” McConnell said in an e-mail obtained by Big Head DC.  Having to listen to this filth has to be draining in her physical condition. Lil’ Annie plays these vile word games with a man like John Edwards (calling heterosexual men faggots) because she knows other Republican guys that are closet bisexuals get sexually aroused by her banter.

“John Edwards is exactly the kind of man whose attention she so desperately craves in life — a man who wouldn’t give her the time of century, let alone the time of day from his watch,” McConnell added. ”Ann Coulter is a pig, pure and simple–a pig who needs her mouth spat in mid sentence while she’s spewing that bile, then hog-tied and have an apple stuffed in her sewer of a mouth. A credible source (see below update) tells us that Montgomery Blair Sibley, the “DC Madam’s” civil layer, did not have to reach across the entire country to find an expert in BDSM, as Big Head DC revealed last night. Obviously, there are plenty of folks with an advanced knowledge of the subject on the east coast.

So, why?

“I think Sibley is hoping that Leola McConnell can verify some specific allegation made by Deborah Jeane Palfrey or one of her ladies,” our Beltway source says. “And since Leola has spoken about Bush and William Bennett — well. The possibilities become interesting, no?”

DC insiders, including investigative reporter Wayne Madsen, have said for weeks that Vice President Cheney likely used Palfrey’s services in the past. Our source is certain that Sibley contacted McConnell to “spook” a high-level VIP into making the government’s case against Palfrey go away.

Another source (see update below) who is very close with McConnell (she has not responded to a request for comment yet), says that “Leola has Bush in checkmate on this one. No power on earth can change that. Bush knows Leola up close and personal and knows it’s insanity to piss her off… The smartest thing for President George W. Bush to do is shut his mouth, ignore Leola McConnell and let this ill wind pass. He’s beat.”

UPDATE: Joseph Cannon says he is the source of the speculation. We have no idea who he is, but he does seem rather cranky in several missives he’s sent us.
