The New York Post busts bad girl Jessica Cutler:

The former Senate aide who scandalously blogged about sleeping with Washington, DC’s elite for cash - and later posed nude for Playboy - is among the inner circle of a Manhattan call-girl ring that counted Eliot Spitzer as a client, The Post has learned.

Four years after her blog “Washingtonienne” shocked the Capitol with salacious details of sex with married sugar daddies, Jessica Cutler has re-appeared as a “model” on alleged madam Kristin “Billie” Davis‘ Web site.

Cutler allegedly now goes by the name Brooke when selling her goods — at rates starting at $1,000 per hour. She told the newspaper that she couldn’t talk details.

When Big Head DC interviewed Cutler in 2006, she said she would never sleep with fat guys or men shorter than her.

Big Head DC featured an interview with MSNBC’s David Shuster in July of 2006 — after Jessica Cutler shared with us that she once had an affair with the political reporter. Cutler, you’ll recall, is a former congressional staff assistant for former Sen. Mike DeWine. She was fired in 2004 after describing her sexual exploits in a blog called Washingtonienne. 

BHDC: What do you love/hate about reporting from Washington day in and day out?

David Shuster: I love the stories, I hate the humidity. Seriously, the weather here stinks. We should all move the nation’s capital to the California coast. Back to the stories… All of us who work as reporters in D.C. are quite fortunate compared to our colleagues elsewhere. Unlike war correspondents or people who cover natural disasters, the worst thing that ever happens in D.C. is somebody loses their reputation.

BHDC: How do you get along with Chris Matthews/Dan Abrams?

In yet another aesthetically unpleasing redesign (this year alone), Nick Denton, publisher of Wonkette, has decided to change the site. With its numbers dropping dramatically since Ana Marie Cox left to work for Time almost two years ago, Denton doesn’t seem to understand that it’s not the background fonts, colors and graphics that are the problem. It’s the writers he’s chosen to replace Cox. Starting with Alex Pareene and continuing through to the latest new batch of editors, they don’t really seem to know or care what they’re writing about. They’re just trying to get page views, since that’s the way they get bonuses, and the site is hurting because of it.

Case in point: We’ve had more sex scandals in Washington since Cox left than the whole length of her tenure. And yet, she made more out of so much less. She helped the desperate Jessica Cutler to become a household name in a way that her replacements never could. The biggest story reported on Wonkette this year was, of course, the dirty David Phillips relationship with Sen. Larry Craig — but even that was contributed by a freelancer — a freelancer who told Big Head DC he received only $12 for the post.

Why has Wonkette fallen so sharply, so fast? Some will say it’s because the majority of the Cox replacements have been men, and they seemed to think that readers would just be bowled over by their use of words like “Cocktober” as literary devices. But we think not. The right cock could have definitely built a platform on top of Cox’ shaft.

Megan Carpentier, one of the latest new Wonkette writers, may be able to do something there, as she’s shown the most promise. But too often her voice is lost because the other writers are trying to promote their work, and her items gets pushed down the page, hard to find. It’s a problem that Cox never had to deal with. Her work always stood at attention.

What more does former Senate staffer Robert Steinbuch want from Jessica Cutler?

First, he sued her for using his initials within her infamous “Washingtonienne” online sex diary–in effect outing himself as one of the politicos who paid her for sex. In turn, the gal went bankrupt, filing for Chapter 7 in May as a result of debts of nearly 100K — of which about two-thirds was for the cost of paying lawyers to fend off Steinbuch.

That action stymied Steinbuch for a few summer moments, but now, according to new court papers, he’s going after her in bankrupcy court, still claiming emotional distress and invasion of privacy. Cutler has filed to dismiss the claim — and, yes, his full name is on the suit.

One of MSNBC’s top Washington correspondents, David Shuster, has a pretty harried life, if you ask us. First, we reported the claim from Jessica Cutler, the former Washingtonienne blogger who was paid for sex by politicos when she worked on Capitol Hill, who said that during a tryst with Shuster she noticed his back to be quite hairy.

With his recent marriage to Bloomberg’s Julianna Goldman, we thought such scandals were totally behind the news dude until we heard him talking on air this weekend about the trials and tribulations he faced during his honeymoon as he struggled to get in some face time with his bride.

An admitted Harry Potter freak, she couldn’t put one of J.K. Rowling most recent tomes down. Wonder if she’s dragged him to the new movie yet?

“For many reasons, I bailed out in the middle of a dinner date last weekend. That is, I ordered my food, went to the ladies room, then snuck (sic) out of the restaurant without telling him. Yeah, it was an asshole thing for me to do, but TRUST, you would have done the same.

“But instead of getting the hint, dude is still calling me! Obviously, he is one desperate motherfucker. (And he probably only wants to see me again so he can slash my face with a box cutter.) Therefore, I am screening heavily until I can change my phone number or until he drops dead, whichever comes first.”

“People” have apparently been calling the trustee overseeing Jessica Cutler’s bankruptcy case and “telling him things,” she dramatically recounts in her blog.

“I wonder who,” reflects Cutler. “So I’ve already chosen my most responsible-looking ensemble for my bankruptcy hearing on Friday, July 13th: a sleeveless herringbone dress with a notched neckline and pin-shaped pencil skirt.”

Even though she’s declared bankruptcy, that hasn’t stopped Jessica Cutler (the increasingly infamous Washingtonienne) from shelling out some big bucks for plastic surgery. She says she recently has her ears lasered (were lots of people looking at her ears?).

“The first one was painless, so the doctor kicked it up a notch on the second one,” she wrote today. “It hurt almost as much as laser hair removal (which I’ve also had done), but the doctor told me that he would numb my face with an anesthetic (as opposed to a hammer) next time. ”

Cutler reports that the test patches ultimately turned brown and flaked off. Pretty flaky, huh?

Sad, sad breaking news today: Jessica Cutler, the infamous Washingtonienne sex blogger and one-time aide to former Sen. Mike DeWine, has filed for bankruptcy. Hmmm. Guess not enough of you clicked on her site’s “slutty clothes and drugs” donations button. It all becomes painfully clear now why she’s lost her cell phone:

In court documents filed … Thursday, however, Cutler says she can’t even pay her American Express bill, legal fees and student loans. She submitted to the judge a copy of a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition filed in New York dated Wednesday.

Poor girl.
