“As a result of Judge Kessler’s order of yesterday which set a hearing for Wednesday, November 28, 2007…on whether the injunction prohibiting Jeane’s suit against a former escort should be dissolved, Jeane has this day sought from the Clerk of Court subpoenas for Sen. David Vitter and Harlan Ullman, former customers of Paula Neble, an independent-contractor escort of Jeane’s escort service,” Deborah Jeane Palfrey’s lawyer Montgomery Blair Sibley has revealed.
In July, Vitter’s number turned up in Palfrey’s business records. A former hooker has since claimed an affair with him as well.

Deborah Jeane Palfrey, the accused “DC Madam,” filed a memo with DC’s U.S. District Court today, detailing her plans to move forward with a “Honey Pot” defense, under the representation of lawyer Montgomery Blair Sibley.
