Oh dear. Some of you may have seen that crazy guy who popped up on Youtube making ridiculous allegations about limo sex against Barack Obama. Since he first appeared, he has been doing everything possible to get noticed by the media and to my complete shock, he has actually succeeded. A TV Show in Puerto Rico called SuperXclusivo (apparently a very popular show) had a phone interview with him earlier today. I didn’t watch the whole thing but they didn’t even ask him for any evidence whatsoever for his claims. Obviously, there is a PRIMARY in Puerto Rico in a few months, so this is pretty troubling. I saw the clip on Youtube and I believe it aired later today. This is a very popular show. I am somewhat freaking out. What do you guys think? Link below the fold.

Larry Sinclair, the man who claims to have used drugs and had sex with Obama in 1999, believes the site took the post down once it was clear that it was becoming popular.

In recent days, the gay press has expressed concerns that Obama has chosen not to do interviews with members from its community.

The Puerto Rican news interview with Sinclair has yet to appear online.

Judge Henry Kennedy, who presides over District Court in Washington, D.C., has granted Larry Sinclair’s motion for discovery and signed an order for subpoenas regarding Sinclair’s defamation lawsuit against three Internet posters.

Sinclair filed suit in March against the posters, whom, he claims, made up and spread lies about his mental state and character after he posted allegations about Sen. Barack Obama in January on YouTube. Sinclair claims to have used drugs and had sex with Obama in 1999.

The individuals Sinclair is suing have registered accounts at DemocraticUnderground.com, YouTube.com, and Digg.com, although their real names are not yet known. They are currently listed in the suit by their screen names: TubeSockTedD, mzmolly and OWNINGLIARS. Sinclair is seeking $3 million in damages.

The judge’s order, Sinclair tells Big Head DC, signals “a whole new inning and a whole new ball game.” The suit, filed in March, reiterates claims Sinclair has made in the past about Obama.

“On the evening of November 6, 1999, Plaintiff’s limousine driver telephoned then-Illinois State Senator Barrack Obama to set up a introduction of Plaintiff to Mr. Obama,” according to the lawsuit. “Later that evening at a bar which Plaintiff believes was called Alibis, Plaintiff met Mr. Obama. Mr. Obama offered to purchasing cocaine for Plaintiff. Mr. Obama made a telephone call from his cellphone to a presently unknown individual during which Mr. Obama arranged the cocaine purchase.

“Mr. Obama and Plaintiff then departed the bar in Plaintiff’s limousine and proceeded to an unknown location where Mr. Obama exited the limousine with two hundred fifty dollars ($250) tendered by Plaintiff and returned a short while later with an ‘eightball’ of cocaine and gave it to Plaintiff,” the suit continues. “Plaintiff and Mr. Obama then ingested cocaine.”

A sexual encounter allegedly took place after the drug use.

A PolyScore computer analysis conducted on Sinclair in February indicated that he was being truthful in his drug claims, although experts hired by WhiteHouse.com, the Web site that paid for the polygraph, disagreed with the PolyScore readings.

Big Head DC has learned that Larry Sinclair, the Minnesota man who claims to have used drugs and had sex with Sen. Barack Obama in 1999, is in the process of filing an affidavit with homicide detectives at the Chicago Police Department. The affidavit involves Sinclair’s alleged communications with Donald Young, a gay choirmaster at Obama’s controversial church, who was murdered just before Christmas 2007. Sinclair has said that Young contacted him several times before his murder. It is believed that they discussed in detail Sinclair’s allegations.

Larry Sinclair offers further clarifications regarding his communications with a gay choirmaster at Sen. Barack Obama’s church who was murdered last year:

While I cannot for obvious reasons, disclose the exact content of the communications between Donald Young and myself, I believe it to be important to provide a general outtake to maybe help you and I understand why I asked “how did Mr. Young obtain my contact information before I ever went public.”

At first I was under the impression that I was being contacted by a member of the Obama staff to address my request that Obama himself correct his drug use record.  I believed that to be, based on the questions Mr. Young had asked.  What had in fact shocked me by the conversation was when I was asked why I had not asked Obama to disclose anything regarding our sexual encounter.

It was at this time I had a question of Mr. Young, which was “how do you know about that?”

It was after the first contact that I became very much aware that Senator Obama was fully aware of my contact with his Office and it was at that point I firmly believed Obama was going to set his drug record straight and acknowledge his crack cocaine use in 1999.  I was wrong, and later communications with the person who had become know to me as Mr. Young would make that perfectly clear to me.

It was later that I learned I was not speaking to a member of Obama’s staff, but rather an individual with very personal involvements with Senator Obama. That became ever more clear in each communication.

What also became very clear to me was that these communications had begun with an intent to obtain as much information as possible as to whom I had informed about the 1999 encounters between Obama and I.  And it became clear in the end that the individual I was speaking with also had a very personal and intimate involvement with Senator Barack Obama.

I do hope those of you seeking the truth understand that I must allow the proper venue and authorities to deal with this as not to put anyone or the truth in jeopardy of being tampered with.  So please, do not ask me to post anything more specific that I am able to do at this point.

I did want to make it clear for all, that no matter how many wish to try and make this about me, it is and always has been about one person and what that one person will do to keep the public from seeing him as he truly is.  That one person is the DIS-honorable Jr. Senator from IL, Barack Obama.

Larry Sinclair, the Minnesota man who claims to have used drugs and had sex with Sen. Barack Obama in 1999 - and who has passed a computerized PolyScore test regarding his drug allegations - has come forward with a shocking revelation:

I was not living in Minnesota when I first contacted the Obama campaign about Obama’s meetings with me in 1999 for the purpose of taking cocaine and sex.

Between September 2007 and November 2007, I left a total of four (4) different cell phone numbers with the office of the Obama campaign. This was necessary because I had to adjust the telephone number to correspond with each new location where I lived in that period. I have explained in my blog how I slowly made my way north to Minnesota before settling there.

I have never said that I met Donald Young in any face to face meeting. But I did have contact with him several times. Each time Mr. Young instigated the contact. Nobody else, other than the Obama campaign, had a record of my constantly adjusted numbers. And I did not go public with my allegations until after Mr. Young was murdered.

So just how did Mr. Young know who I was? How did he know my cell phone number? (Please note that I have never said the exact number of times Mr. Young and I had contact. Nor have I stated the content of our exchanges. That and other information about the matter is reserved for the appropriate channels. I am providing this factual information to counteract the deliberate misinformation that a small army of Internet warriors are spreading on the net in an attempt to distract attention from Obama’s past).

Indeed, Donald Young was a choirmaster at Obama’s controversial church during a portion of the infamous Rev. Jeremiah Wright’s tenure. Young was a gay black man, and he was slain in cold blood just before Christmas 2007. His murder is yet unsolved.

That Sinclair may have communicated with Young before his murder raises some interesting questions, top among them: What was Young trying to tell Sinclair? Stay tuned…

Lately it seems that people have wanted to focus on my past as if I had been hiding something.  Even though I have always stated I do not run from, nor hide from my past actions at any point in my life. Remember, I am not the one running for President.  But Obama and I have something in common because HE sold cocaine as well.  While attacking my decisions in the past, these same people want myself and others to allow Barack Obama to receive votes without being looked at, questioned, or investigated in any matter that David Axelrod does not submit as allowable to the media.  Are Barack Obama’s past decisions not important here? 

Now would someone explain to me, your neighbors and the media in general, why is it that I am placed under this microscope by Obama supporters, and Obama surrogates yet we, as a nation , refuse to question the past of a man asking to be President of the United States.

Why is it “a smear campaign” when Obama is asked a direct question regarding his past, yet to question any other candidates past it is called the political process?  Why does Obama refuse to answer questions unless they are presented by the campaign’s hand picked media outlets? Why has Barack Obama and David Axelrod refused to turn over records, requested in writing, that are supposed to be open to the public?

Barack Obama IS a liar and Barack Obama DID use crack cocaine in November of 1999, and Barack Obama did SALE COCAINE in November 1999, to me, because I gave the money for the cocaine to BARACK OBAMA, and Barack Obama handed the cocaine to me.  That is the transaction, and that constitutes Barack Obama selling me cocaine. Barack Obama in 1999, has filed a new defamation lawsuit against several individuals who, he claims, made up and spread lies about his mental state and character after he posted his allegations about Obama in January on YouTube. He is seeking $3 million in damages.

Big Head DC has obtained a copy of the suit, which requests a jury trial to determine the possible liability of three Internet posters in defaming Sinclair. The individuals Sinclair is suing have registered accounts at DemocraticUnderground.com, YouTube.com, and Digg.com, although their real names are not yet known. As Larry Sinclair, the Minnesota man who claims to have used drugs with Sen. Barack Obama in 1999, has ratcheted up his legal wrangling, it appears he’s having some success.

Sinclair told Big Head DC on Monday evening that he’s been notified by WhiteHouse.com’s Dan Parisi to redeposit a check Parisi wrote for $20,000 to Sinclair on February 22. The payment was in exchange for Sinclair taking a polygraph test that was to be displayed on WhiteHouse.com.

A PolyScore computer analysis resulting from the polygraph ultimately indicated Sinclair had been truthful regarding his drug allegations against Obama. Still, experts hired by WhiteHouse.com discounted the PolyScore results.

Parisi canceled payment on the check soon after Sinclair took the polygraph, leading many observers who’ve been swayed by Sinclair’s claims to believe that Parisi may have been compelled by Obama’s campaign to somehow impede Sinclair’s claims. Adding to the controversy, WhiteHouse.com officials eventually removed any mention of Sinclair from the Web site.

The re-issue of the check has not yet cleared, but bank information should be available soon.

Dear Senator Obama and Mr. Axelrod:

I am writing the two of you this letter because phone calls continue to be ignored. I feel it is only fair that I address the following questions to the two of you directly one last time.

1. Who is Ron Allen that claims to be with your presidential camp, who is alleged to claim that someone claiming to represent me called asking for $100,000, to keep me from coming forward about our (Obama and I) November 1999 encounter of sex and cocaine use?

2. How can the two of you stand in front of this country talking about bring people together at the same time you both have engaged your supporters in a massive internet smear against me where you are providing knowing false information to your paid bloggers for the purpose trying to keep the truth about you Mr. Obama from coming out?

3. How can you claim to be a uniter at the same time you are encouraging your supporters to threaten to blow my head off, to cut my throat and to set me on fire if I do not recent my statements?

4. How can either of you gentleman claim to be concerned about truth when you and Mr. Axelrod engaged in a payoff deal with Dan Parisi of Whitehouse.com to the tune of $750,000, to arrange a rigged polygraph?

5. Do you truly believe (that after you two have gone to the extent that you have to have me smeared on the internet with outright false statements) I will go away? Because if you do, I want to tell you right now that the only thing you have done by having my life repeatedly threatened, and by repeatedly providing out right false information for your supporters to post about me on the web, is to make certain that I will not go away and I will not rest until the truth about you both is across every headline around the world.

6. If you claim that neither of you have had nothing to do with the internet attacks and false statements, then prove, post it on your web site and denounce any such attacks. I know you will not because a great deal of the false information has come directly from Mr. Axelrod and his associates.

7. If you claim you had no involvement in the Whitehouse.com scam, then prove it. Publicly denounce Dan Parisi’s getting me to agree to his scam and then stopping payment on his check.

8. If you and Mr. Axelrod claim you had no involvement with Dan Parisi open up your accounts and the accounts of AKP and David Axelrod for review to prove it.

It needs to be made clear that I will not be threatened nor will I allow you to feed completely false information about me to your bloggers and then just fade away into the sunset. Let me make it clear that your attacks against me have only hardened my resolve to see that this story gets out and you are exposed for what both of you truly are.
