Big Head DC told you over a week ago that the Army has been investigating Deryk Schlessinger’s MySpace page, which reportedly features cartoon images of rape, murder and child molestation; racial epithets; and stories of drug use. We can now confirm that the profile, which has since been removed, contained the above picture showing Schlessinger pointing a gun into his mouth.

The 21-year-old is currently serving in Afghanistan, while Army officials continue their investigation.

The Army is investigating Deryk Schlessinger’s MySpace page, which reportedly features cartoon images of rape, murder and child molestation; racial epithets; and stories of drug use. The profile has been removed, so we can’t point you to it, but we hear it contained a photograph of a bound and blindfolded detainee captioned “My Sweet Little Habib.”

The 21-year-old is currently serving in Afghanistan. Before joining the Army in 2004, Schlessinger was expelled from two different colleges.
