UPDATE, 11/27, 8:30 a.m.: Sadly, Sean Taylor has died as a result of being shot in the leg after what was believed to be a robbery attempt.

UPDATE, 11 a.m.: The star footballer is in critical condition.

“Washington Redskins safety Sean Taylor was shot at his Florida home, according to a statement released Monday by the team,” the AP reports. “The brief statement from the Redskins said Taylor was undergoing treatment at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami and that Miami-Dade County police was investigating. Police said they were sending spokesmen to the scene and had no other immediate comment.”

Pardon the Interruption anchor Tony Kornheiser’s Wikipedia page has been locked due to vandalism within moments of telling PTI co-host Michael Wilbon that he never checks his Wiki page.

That’s probably a good thing for Tony since his vandals wrote earlier that Kornheiser “began his career giving it in the ass to Lorelle in New York City.”

Tony Kornheiser made an appearance on Washington Post Radio this a.m., promising that his new show, which debuts tomorrow at 8:30, will be all about him (surprise!). He also said that he would “get even” with several naysayers once he finally hits the airwaves.

“I’ll name them tomorrow or maybe Wednesday,” said the sports guru. “Eventually it will be about killing all the wounded.”

Paul Farhi was not mentioned by name, but we’re sure he’s quivering somewhere in the crevices of the WaPo building.
