I am so glad to finally hear McCain tell Obama if he wanted to run against Bush, he should have ran four years ago. Way to go!!
Also, good to hear McCain finally bring up Ayers, and ACORN.
Obama’s answers are total lies. He did announce his state sentae campaign from Ayers’ living room, it is well documented, and he did more than sue for the motor voter law, he represented ACORN in a lawsuit against Citicorp to force them to make loans to people who shouldn’t have gotten the loan in the first place. He also trained ACORN employees. It’s documented people, look it up for goodness sake.
Obama has lied at least twice tonight.

Obama says he will allow you to buy in to the governments health care plan, but he doesn’t say how much that will cost.
He says that he will cut premiums by 2500. He didn’t say how. Interesting.

I have not once been polled, and I’d like to know where the pollsters get their people. I would wager that I could do a poll, and have it come out the way I wanted it too. For example, they say that they had x amount of people lets say 1500. If I wanted to make my poll come out the way I wanted too, I’d ask 3000 people, and then pick the 1500 that thought the way I wanted the poll to come out. Seems feasable to me. It’s not honest, but I wouldn’t doubt that this is how some of these polls are conducted.

You know, McCain and Obama can not be experts at everything. They have to surround themselves with competent people who they feel will have the best interest of the country in mind. It’s called leadership. The leader tells his administration what he wants to accomplish, and they go about finding the solutions. Then they pitch those solutions to the leader, and the leader either agrees, wants some tweeking, or tells the person to go back and find another solution.
As far as the financial crisis goes, it is well documented that McCain tried to warn about the impending problem. The Democrats are the ones who said that everything was hunky dorey as far as Fannie and Freddie go.
I can not believe that the MSM has let this FACT go unasked, or played the videos that are out there where Frank, Waters, and a whole slew of Democrats were berating the regulator, and saying there was no problem.
Sadly, even if the regulations were implemented, the crisis would not have been averted. The problem is that the majority these loans took place before Bush took office. Reno made it clear that she would go after financial institutions who did not give these “questionable” people loans. Low and behold, who was an attorney for these “risky” borrowers. Obama was. Obama sued Citicorp to force them to make these “risky” loans.
So for you to post that McCain was surprised that the financial crisis happened, it should have been no surprise to Obama, because he MADE the financial institutions loan money to “risky” folks.
And then Obama went and lied to the American people last night, and said that his only association with ACORN was a motor voter law. He trained ACORN associates, and represented ACORN in the above lawsuit. Do your research JMCDNW.
He also lied about his Ayers association. He did start his political career from Ayers’ living room. Obama announced his State Senate candidacy in the living room of Ayers. Obama saying that he didn’t, was a bold face lie. But he’ll make the excuse that he didn’t announce his Federal Senate race at Ayers’ home.

It is not calling Obama a terrorist if we point out that he associated with a terrorist. It’s called the truth. I have not seen one post where someone called Obama a terrorist.
Obama is an honorable man. He has had some very questionable associations, and made some pretty questionable decisions.
If we point out that Rezko was granted money, and then didn’t use that money for what it’s stated purpose was, that is not saying that Obama was granted that money.
When we point out that Obama sat in Wright’s church for twnety years, and listened to his rhetoric, doesn’t mean that he believed everything that Wright spoke.
When we point out that Obama was a member of a Socialist Organizaion, doesn’t mean that Obama was a socialist.
When we point out that Obama hasn’t held one hearing or meeting after his return from his “tour” to Europe, on our dime doesn’t mean that he didn’t learn stuff from his visits.
When we point out Obama campaigned for Odinga in Kenya, again on our dime, that doesn’t mean he supported the riots and violence that ensued after Odinga lost.
When we point out that Obama hasn’t shown his birth certificate, that doesn’t mean that Obama isn’t a natural citizen.
What it does do, is point out the decisions that Obama has made, and the people he decided to associate with.
The people deserve honest answers to these questions, and associations. Not the bull crap that he spouted last night to the Ayers and ACORN questions.

Will they duck debates in Philadelphia, Los Angeles, New York and Cleveland?
Washington, D.C. (October 16, 2008) — The Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC) Executive Director Matt Brooks issued the following statement today:
Now that the Presidential debates are over, the Obama campaign is trying to cancel all remaining debates in the Jewish community that include the Republican Jewish Coalition.
Claiming they do not like recent RJC advertisements, the Obama campaign has formally instructed all of its representatives to cancel their scheduled appearances with any representative of the RJC. Former Congressman Mel Levine (CA) yesterday informed the Valley Cities Jewish Community Center that he would no longer show up for his scheduled debate this Sunday against RJC California Director Larry Greenfield. State Representative Josh Shapiro (PA) informed Temple Sinai that he would not participate in a forum with RJC Philadelphia Director Scott Feigelstein.
“The RJC is deeply troubled by this effort on the part of the Obama campaign to stifle and limit a debate on the important issues facing our country,” said Brooks. “More than anything the Jewish community values dialogue. What is the Obama campaign afraid of? Why is the Obama campaign afraid to have this conversation?”
“With their recently enacted policy of not debating representatives of the RJC, the Obama campaign has underscored Senator Obama’s problems in the Jewish community. It is unfortunate that the Obama campaign is unwilling and afraid to have a candid conversation in the Jewish community on the issues of great concern to Jewish voters,” said Brooks.
“Throughout this campaign, the RJC has highlighted the truth about Obama’s positions, his statements and his advisers. Every point raised in our ads is sourced, cited and has previously been reported in the media. We ask legitimate questions about Obama’s policies towards Israel, the Middle East and Iran. Our ads have raised legitimate concerns over Obama’s associations with Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Robert Malley, Tony McPeak and David Bonior. If the Obama campaign is unhappy with our ads, then Senator Obama should never have associated with these individuals in the first place,” Brooks added.
“Currently, the RJC is scheduled to participate in 29 debates between now and the election. In keeping with the long-standing tradition of Jewish dialogue, we look forward to these opportunities to engage the Jewish community on the critical issues,” said Brooks.

No, spreading the wealth around isn’t redistribution of wealth. It’s creating an environment where there is more opportunity for people that make less than $250,000 dollars a year to get ahead by WORKING. What you are suggesting is Obama’s tax plan is comparable to Stalins perversion of Marxist Comminism. It isn’t. Obama’s tax plan doesn’t take money from people and simply hand it out. I also need some proof that ACORN strong armed banks into giving people loans that ended in default under Obama’s representation in court.
