Larry Sinclair wrote in an e-mail message received by Big Head DC today that Montgomery Blair Sibley is no longer his D.C. lawyer. Sibley told Sinclair that he has been barred from practicing in D.C. District Court as of yesterday.
“I am speaking with the National Enquirer,” Sinclair added.
Larry Sinclair: “…it is important to note that the Attorney for the Defendants and his internet blog squad have repeatedly admitted that Paul Allen Levy and Public Citizens Litigation Group did file complaints to get Sibley suspended in DC hoping to have the case against their clients dismissed. Well They got Sibley but they are not stopping me.

I have been mesmerized by the Olympics the last few days. Coverage in France is NOTHING similar to the coverage in the US. Here, you hear many of the Olympian’s stories and history. Take for instance, Michael Phelps
Now I thought that “they” were supposed t have went back to France last week? What happened to that? I also thought that “they” were supposed to go back a couple weeks ago on the same day that they had a Dr.’s appointment. Tough keeping the story straight isn’t it Scott?
Also, I know I seen a post on Scott’s blog that said that he would “welcome” Larry supporters to come there and answer Larry’s “conflicting statements”. It said they would be treated with “dignity, and respect” I believe is what I read. That post is now gone. It was there when I got home from work around 4:15pm, and now 5:35pm it is gone.
Scott, I challenge YOU to come HERE and answer our legitimate questions about YOUR conflicting stories. I asked many questions yesterday when you said that you would not “make claims you can not back up”. I asked many questions Scott. Come and answer them on a neutral site Scott. I suspect you won’t. The burden of proof is on Larry to prove his claims. Noone knows what really happened in November of 1999 but Larry and Obama. But when it comes to credibility Larry’s lack of evidence speaks volumes.
There is also the matter of his documented inconsistencies. He claims his motivation for contacting the Obama campaign to ask Obama to correct the dates of his drug use was seeing Obama talk to youngsters about quitting drugs as a teenager. This incident didn’t happen until months AFTER Larry claims he called the Obama campaign.
He claimed in a Jeff Rense interview in January 2008 that he was ignored by the campaign, then in March claimed he was contacted by Donald Young through the Obama campaign. These inconsistencies are PROOF that he is lying. His lack of evidence, inconsistencies and history of criminal dishonesty are very damaging to his credibility. This is reason enough for the Mainstream Media to ignore Larry and his supporters to stop foolishly sending him money.
But I know they will continue to because their desire to believe anything bad about Obama is too strong.

Obama WROTE in his book that he quit taking or doing drugs in his early twenties. I am not aware of this “talk to youngsters”. I have heard others speak about this, but I have not heard Larry say that this was the moment he dicided to come out. Maybe Larry said that when he heard this it made him more determined, but I have not even heard Larry talk about seeing Obama speaking to youngsters, and I have listened to all of his interviews, and the “Mitch” interview on Roger’s show also.
As far as Donald Young goes, it is my thinking that Larry was trying to reconnect with “Mr. Young”, and this is why he made the YouTube Video, and kept saying he had not been contacted by anyone from the campaign. “Mr. Young” was not connected to the campaign. He knew Obama, is that the connection to the campaign that you write of? I have no proof of this, it is just a gut feeling I have. Maybe Obama asked “Mr. Young” to contact Larry because they are both gay. I don’t know, and neither do you. Larry didn’t know “Mr. Young” was dead, and that is why he did come out with the conversations with “Mr. Young” AFTER he found out.
I will ask this again, but WHY would anyone put themselves through this if they were lying? Larry should have packed up shop back in May after his big DNC appearance. He isn’t going to get any money from Obama, and this is one of the claims made on Scott’s site, that he wants money. Larry would be thrown in jail for a very long time, if he was trying to bribe Obama. That I am sure of. He sure as heck isn’t getting much off of his “supporters” now. There’s not much left over at Larry’s site.
Bull: I think Mitch set out to discredit, not disprove, Larry’s allegations. That includes not just attacking his story, but Larry Sinclair as a whole package. Does that make sense? I also guess there is some entertainment value in it.

Where is the evidence that Mitch is Scott Covington?
He spoke on TalkStarRadio with Roger Fredinburg. His accent sounded authentically French to me. Larry Sinclair is the one who came to the assumption that Scott Covington is the owner of the Mitch and Nan Show because he traced a phone number to Scott’s residence.
Larry is a very high strung, emotional person who jumps to conclusions without thinking things through. I only know Mitch and Nan through their text on their blog. But I have no reason to doubt they are who they say they are. If I were them I would not be foolish enough to provide personal information, revealing their identities when they have a madman hellbent on “outing” people who has threatened to stalk and possibly harm his online enemies and their families.
If “Mitch” set out to discredit Larry, then he has some answering to do also. “He” has been discredited also. Only he has a wealthy father to get him out of his troubles.
“Mitch” has gone much further than “discredit” also. “He” once posted he knew where Obama was on the 7th. This would be proof MoeJoe. It was never produced. There are many other instances, this is just one that “Mitch” couldn’t “back up”.

Go to the last post and read the posts from James. There are three or four of them that he posts, where “Mitch” slips up. Says they have kids already, stuff like that. I thought they were back in France? I thought they were traveling last week? They “stayed” at Scott’s house, but Scott’s son says that the Covington’s had no “guests”. The picture they use is from another site, it is not them. If they are real, post their passports, or plane tickets. They ahve been called out to do this for as long as they “claim” to have been in the US, you know, staying at Scott’s house.

And the Roger interview sounded like a French accent? Please……..I won’t say I could have done better, but come on. It was a joke, “Mitch” couldn’t even give Roger one thing to discredit Larry’s story beyond his “past”. Now you talk about reasonable thinking. Is it reasonable that Larry would not mention Donald Young until 3 months after his original Youtube video? Not mention a man who asked him about his sex with Obama before he told anyone about it? Not mention a man who Larry says revealed that he had also had a sexual relationship with Obama? Common sense dictates that if Larry was telling the truth about Young he would have mentioned him in his first Youtube video or in his early Jeff Rense interviews, not all the way in March or April, AFTER a supporter emailed him with news that Young had been killed.
And Larry says that Young represented himself as a member of the Obama campaign, contradicting his claim that he was ignored. He also said in an interview that part of his motivation for the allegations with the belief that other people would come forward with similar statements. Other people? What about Donald Young? Why didn’t he just say that another man had contacted him claiming to have had a relationship with Obama? For Larry to defy all logic on the Donald Young situation he would either have to be an idiot or a malicious liar. I don’t think Larry is stupid, he is very resourceful (as evident by all these trips, legal maneuvers and fund raising he coordinates), far too resourceful to not have a shred of evidence for his claims. He doesn’t even have the phone number or text messages of Donald Young!
Now why would a person put themselves through this? Obviously because Larry has psychological problems. He is clearly a pathological liar and likely suffering from other personality disorders. People do crazy shit like this. Remember John Mark Kary? Why would a man incriminate himself in a high profile murder? Why ruin his life like that if he were innocent? Because he is CRAZY! A liar, fulfilling a fantasy. You can be intelligent and crazy at the same time. Larry is clearly obsessed with Obama and likely living out his own fantasies with this story while making some money on the side (he is a career criminal. I doubt his fund raising efforts are honest).
I don’t think Larry is simply a con artist. If that were the case he isn’t a good one. His emotional attachment to the situation suggests to me that something deeper is going on. It’s not just about money. For him to carry on lying like this for months and months suggests that he is probably delusional and like many pathological liars he believes his own fantasies.
I agree mitch has sometimes been creative in what he puts out against larry’s story, but there is also much he and others at his website have documented by examining Larry’s postings and interview transcripts which reveal inconsistencies. On those items, mitch certainly didn’t fabricate them as they are from larry’s own words.
There really is no way to disprove Larry’s allegations unless obama wants to address them.
Larry is like someone who is alleging without proof that he saw a UFO. There would be no way to prove he didn’t and no one would care anyway. But with obama, larry is making similar allegations without proof which could cause serious harm to our elections.

And the birth certificate issue is not over yet. There are a couple people over at No Quarter that disputes this, and has some pretty compelling arguements. Obama is in Hawaii right now, and I hope he goes by and gets a true certified copy of his BC. He could hold it up at the convention, and then show it to the press, and scan it on his website.
Is that asking too much of someone who wants to be POTUS?

I’m not going to waste my time on something like that. If you truly believe that Mitch is Scott you and others can seek to prove it. Now when it comes to their claims on their blog, related to Larry, I do feel they should back them up and have openly criticized them for not doing so. The Pistol Pete, Multani Testimony and Moma being Larry’s gay lover are all controversial claims that they never proved were true even when asked to do so. That hurt the credibility of the blog to some extent in my eyes.
The blog isn’t political, it isn’t even serious most of the time. But there can be no doubt that Mitch and Nan have been a thorn in Larry’s side for quite awhile and it is fun to seem him squirm every time they put a monkey wrench in his plans.
