I spoke to soon. I’ve also received and “advisory” from the
equivalent of the French internet watchdog.
Its addressed to me by my proper name, mentions my user name
quasimodo, and cites a number of passages in French law about
internet fraud/crimes etc.
It says my service provider has been copied the letter - which is a
bit chilling because that a government agency.
Im outraged and have already been on telephone to a lawyer friend and
am waiting for a call back.

Trying to call Mitch again!
Forced to Remove List…..
Early this morning, we received an email and now a subsequent phone
call from Yves Gaudeul, a representative in the French government.
Mr. Gaudeul ask and I identify as the owner of The Mitch and Nan Show
blog. Mr. Gaudel requested that we remove the list of email addresses
and IP numbers we had posted from the site of Larry Sinclair. When we
pressed for a reason, we were told that if we did not, he would mark
our passports for questioning upon our return to France next week.
We had NOT informed ANYONE we were returning next week, though this
may have been a lucky guess.
Nan is frightened of this, understandably, and I have removed the
list. Please forgive me for caving into pressure, but until we find
out what this is about, we cannot take chances.
I will be away for a while as we try to decide how to proceed.
I have always pledged to not be intimidated, but we must look at this
in order to proceed. I apologize greatly.

My point about Scott being worse than Larry is exactly that. Scott duped his customers out of three quarters of a million dollars that daddy paid off to keep him out of trouble. And Scott also has a bad check conviction. Larry doesn’t have the opition of a wealthy father to get him out of trouble, or I’m sure his record would not look as it does.
But my point is, you guys over there are saying Larry can not be trusted because of his background. Why does this not apply to Scott also? How can he be trusted? Maybe because he duped wealthy people? Are you a bit jealous that some people have more than you? Maybe they “deserve” to be taken advantage of?
You can’t have it both ways. You can’t say you can’t trust Larry because of the fraud in his background, and then follow someone who is a fraud.
And there are not followers? That’s a good one bongoman. Go read some of the posts, Heidi is one, Meesh swoons over Mitch, says she’s taking him away from Nan (and they don’t even exist), Gumby practically worships Mitch, says stuff to get Mitch’s aknowledgement.
Mitch has promised things in the past and not delivered also. What happened to the twenty four hours that JF gave Larry? What happened to that? What about Mitch saying he had proof of where Obama was on the 7th? Where’s that at? What about the Donald Young’s brother “conversation” that was supposed to be posted? There are many other examples. Does Scott get a “pass” for those promises?
Being duped does not have to be connected to money. You all are being duped out of pride. When it comes to light that these “French” people actually are a figmant of Scott’s demented mind (James proves the point in his posts yesterday), your pride should be hurt. You guys are following a ghost.
The cause of the three bloggers takes a back seat to Scott’s agenda. Just look at the “takeover” ruse a couple weeks ago. Just “fun”? Pretty immature, and stupid, if you ask me. Taking credit for shutting down Rense’s site, and then posting on a completely different area that it was just a joke.
Yeah boy, the evidence that is being gathered over there, is sure going to help when someone sees the totallity of what has gone on over there. If reputation has anything to do with how this “evidence” is taken in by the Judge or a jury, none of it, and I mean not one shred would be worth anything in my mind, after what has gone on over there.
The majority of them over there (Save for a couple of people who stand up, and try to keep them focused) are just pitiful.
