The votes from Michigan and Florida would have counted if Clinton surrogates hadn’t stripped them. There were 12 Clinton surrogates on the rules committee and all 12 voted to strip the delegates. Clinton asskisser Harold Ickes pretty much WROTE the plan to strip their delegates, and Terry McAuliffe told this to a Michigan Senator who wanted his delegates to count:

“”Carl, take it to the bank,” I said. “They will not get a credential. The closest they’ll get to Boston will be watching it on television. I will not let you break this entire nominating process for one state. The rules are the rules. If you want to call my bluff, Carl, you go ahead and do it.”"

Clinton has nobody to blame but her own bumbling staff.

Um, I’m a Florida voter, and I never gave anyone permission to make my vote not count. The GOP in this state changed our party rules and we voters got screwed. I am ALL FOR having my vote count. Democracy will prevail, even if it didn’t in 2000.

Well…I don’t believe they should count because some people actually didn’t bother to vote figuring that it meant nothing so to argue that it’s a true reflection of the voters is outright false. OTOH…Senator Obama will take the nomination either way so go right ahead and change your mind, Hiliary.

After all, she’s got the popular vote if you count them and don’t count the caucus states. Just whatever you want to say, Hiliary, it’s okay.
