RE: Returned Check
Dear Mr. Parisi,
Be advised that Lisa Brooks and Myself were notified by US Bank of Duluth this afternoon that Walden Federal (the bank in which Whitehouse.com Check Number 2046 is drawn on) has notified them a STOP PAYMENT was placed on your fee payment of $20,000.00 dated 2-21-08.
I have contacted the Financial Crimes Division of the Duluth Police Department this date concerning this matter. US Bank as informed Ms. Brooks and myself that the check has not yet been physically returned to them unpaid, but that if it is it will be returned to me by March 7, 2008.
I am asking that US Bank provide documentation showing Walden Federal has notified them the check is no good and I will begin the criminal complaint process against you and Whitehouse.com immediately upon receipt of the US Bank documentation.
Ms. Brooks and I will be charged for your dis-honored check and those charges will be included in the criminal complaint against you.
I have given you more than ample opportunity to honor your word and the agreement we had, especially seeing how you have received and engaged in using the very results of the services you paid for. You have chosen to act as if you are above the law and that sir will no doubt be you down fall.
Again, you can avoid this criminal action against you and your company by contacting your financial institution and instructing them to honor the check.
Sincerely,
Lawrence Sinclair

If that’s Larry’s real phone number, yikes.
Larry’s number is now public record. Google it.
Larry,
Parisi is a parasite. You will have to get a lawyer to sue him.
You guys wouldn’t be interested in posting, or at least requesting from Larry, Parisi’s doubtlessly more literate responses to this nonsense, would you?
Big Head DC has reached out to Parisi several times, but he has not responded to our requests.
Thanks.
WHY IS BIGHEAD DC CONTINUING TO LIST FOXNEWS EMAIL ADDRESSES? ISN’T THAT A BIT SLEAZY ON YOUR PART????
I doubt if the Police will help you with a stopped payment check. You will need to take Parisi to Court and prove that he owes you the money.
I just e-mailed FOX News.
The cover-up will not last much longer.
Send them Larry’s letter, too.
who has all these emails? holy somebody is a stlaker.
This guy really isn’t too bright. He has now listed his cell, home number and home address for all the world to see.
Oh, and you can’t arrest someone for failing to pay a check. You have to go to court. Maybe Judge Judy will take your case though. That would be quite entertaining.
HELP LARRY MAKE HIS STORY KNOWN. BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE.
Could someone PLEASE show Larry Sinclair how to proofread his documents before sending them out
“US Bank as informed Ms. Brooks and myself”
You would think that since Larry Sinclair obviously doesn’t have a Job or a life, the least he could do is take the extra minute to reread what he has written.
And why does he always place his phone number in his letters for the entire world to send.
Does he not own whiteout or know how to use the delete button on his computer.
Larry Sinclair is such a massive jerk.
When is going to die (I read that he only has a year to live)
I just e-mailed fox a copy of larry’s letter, and asked them to investigate the connection between David Axelrod and Dan Parisi. Go, Larry, go!!!
All reponses from Parisi have been posted unedited on myspace.
Post any responses from fox in the comments. Help Larry expose the mainstream media.
Please post up msnbc, cnn’s emails. I want to email chris matthews, wolf “fuggly” blitzer, dan abrams, ect with this too..Let’s totally help Larry out and demand that they expose this.
Larry, what is the connection between WH.com and the Obama campaign? Did you explain that somewhere I have missed?
The best chance of this running is on fox news. We can’t let them wait until September.
You can if the check is fraud, you people need to read the laws. Mr. Parisi used a check to defraud for services he received. Contact your local DA’s office if you wish to disagree.
No he didn’t. You came to an agreement and then had a dispute about it. That needs to be resolved in court. I don’t really care - just letting you know you need to file suit - hoping for him to be arrested won’t happen.
If Larry is a registered Democrat like he claims, he should do what is best for the party and the American people and release every single shred of evidence he has NOW. People are voting early in Ohio and Texas - and these states WILL determine the nominee. If Larry does not release his evidence now, we have to assume he is lying - about this encounter, and about who he works for and supports.
quoted for truth
WHERE’S THE BEEF LARRY. IF YOU HAVE THE PROOF WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR. YOU ARE DESTROYING AMERICA BY DRAGGING THIS OUT. YOU ARE A TRAITOR TO YOUR COUNTRY IF YOU DO NOT RELEASE ALL OF THE EVIDENCE YOU HAVE OR GO AWAY.
You really need to research and read the law dude..This is Factual.
If you go to court, I think it would be a slam dunk for Larry.
How about posting the contract between you and Parisi?
What is you myspace, I searched for you, but did not find you under your name?
I am a Law Student.
This is a civil dispute between two parties. It would be one thing if Larry gave him a service then he refused to pay. But they had an argument regarding Larry possibly breaking the argument, and several threats were made to Parisi. This could be considered a breach of contract, in which case Parisi would not have to pay. Parisi could not be held on fraud charges until a civil court decides that Larry is in the right here.
He is not the one “dragging, or Lagging”..Please do yourself a favor and re-read.
Larry YOU could get in trouble if you cashed or deposited the check knowing a stop-payment was put on it. Again, in no state of the Union is it against the law to stop payment on a check. You can however go to civil court and sue for the funds. Its not a crime to stop payment on a check. A person can present a check, then stop payment on it if they believe the conditions of the payment were violated.
It all comes down to what is posted on the contract though..”What is written is what binds” Also, He is still Using him on his website. This true Dick, I know your still studying the law.
Do you know banking law, rules, regulations?
He either has evidence to prove his case or he doesn’t. If he doesn’t he needs to go away. If he does, he needs to come out with it immediately. If he has evidence that he is with holding, he is dragging this out and is a traitor to his country.
Larry,
How come you are the only one who says Obama has had gay sex? Are you the first and only gay experience that Obama has every had in his life?
Where are all the other people who have seen Obama take crack cocaine?
And most importantly,
The Limo Driver . .. How well does he know Obama? How did he know that Obama wanted to be with a gay partner?
If you don’t have the Limo Driver, you don’t have anything. Your word against Obama’s . and 99 per cent of the American people would trust him more than you, based on your criminal activities.
WHY IS THE LIMO DRIVER SILENT? HOW MUCH MONEY DOES HE WANT IN ORDER TO TELL HIS STORY?
CAT GOT YOUR TONGUE?
He has actually been RELEASING a whole lot with BIGHEAD DC’s help. I think you maybe just scattered through the evidence presented thus far, and maybe a. you are in shock still b. your for Obama and will not accept it?
So dear Larry is out fighting the whole world! If your story is credible, MSM has already published it already. Believe me, news reporting is a cut-throat business, and no real journalist will bypass a story like this if it has any merit in it. So pack up and leave, Larry.
Tee I’m much older than you and probably have had more bank accounts than you’ve ever had. There is no law against stopping payment on a check. I’ve had to do it twice. It is in no way a criminal act. Check fraud is purposely writing a check that you know will be returned via insufficient funds. Larry’s case is a civil one and if he wants his money he has to Sue Parisi in civil court
No, Larry has not been on Parisi’s website at all since the dispute occured. And regardless of what is in the contract, the fact is that it must be disputer in civil court before any criminal charges can be brought on either man. Both claim that the other breached the contract - we need Judge Judy to sort it out. This isn’t fraud - it is a civil dispute.
Errr, excuse me- Drudge Report posted an OUTRITE LIE saying the “Clinton Camp Circulated” Obama in his halloweeny costume. So, do not make the MSM so credible. Yet, when NYT posted about MCCAIN and his affair, NOBODY cared really (he is not news) so NYT took heat for exposing him…So, stop being so narrowed minded.
Really,Larry Sinclair, please do us all a favor and just leave. You have made your fame and fortune, and you can just leave before you will be prosecuted for all your undoings.
Dude, you can always stop coming into this website. Not all people feel the way you do. Go into OBMA’s site all day and nite. Go be at peace.
