Big Head DC has obtained an e-mail sent from Larry Sinclair, the man who accuses Sen. Barack Obama of using drugs and of having a sexual encounter with him in 1999, to Dan Parisi, owner of WhiteHouse.com. The message was sent early this morning:
Mr. Parisi,
This is to inform you yet again that you continue to have up on your web site photographs and reports concerning me which you have publicly stated you have stopped payment for.
You need to remove those posts and make payment for the use of them which has been billed and sent to your New York office and you must do so within 48 hours make said payment if the original payment is returned by your bank unpaid.
While I clearly state to you making payment will not stop Felony check FRAUD charges from being filed against you if the 2-21-08 check you presented for payment is returned unpaid, your paying the billed amount might save you quite a bit in legal fee’s on the civil end.
I have been informed by the bank I will know if your 2-21-08 check is not honored by 3-7-08 and would have the returned check in my hand by that date if it is not honored. If so than that day I will swear out the warrant against you you check fraud.
Until payment is made you are notified to remove my name, photos and the reports and links from your web site of Whitehouse.com.
Thank you,
Larry Sinclair
