Update, 1:13 p.m.:
Big Head DC has received a copy of the official November 4, 1999 Illinois General Assembly transcript. The transcript proves that Sen. Barack Obama was absent from the assembly that day due to “personal business.” That date happens to fall near the same time period that Larry Sinclair, the Minnesota man who claims he used drugs and had a sexual encounter with Obama, alleges he met in secret with the politician.
A November 2007 Politico report indicates that Obama has repeatedly “dodged questions…about releasing papers from his eight years as an Illinois state senator, and his campaign has not answered records requests from the state’s two largest newspapers.”
Still, the publication noted, “Obama’s campaign has prodded Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.) to make available additional records of her communications during her husband’s presidency.”
Later, during a Meet the Press appearance, moderator Tim Russert asked Obama about the missing records. “We did not keep those records,” Obama said at first.
Then Obama changed his answer, beginning with the statement, “Well, let me be clear.” He went on to say, “The stuff that I did not keep has to do with, for example, my schedule. I didn’t have a schedule. I was a state senator. I wasn’t intending to have the Barack Obama State Senate Library. I didn’t have 50 or 500 people to, to help me archive these issues.”
Obama’s campaign has not responded to requests for comment regarding the politician’s whereabouts on Thursday, November 4, 1999 or the weekend thereafter.
…Gelb only mentions the results of his hand-scoring of the charts in his two reports for Sinclair (concerning his sex and drug allegations, respectively). Why did Gelb fail to include computerized scoring results for Sinclair’s polygraph examinations? Gelb’s omission raises the question of whether there was a discrepancy between his hand scoring and the decision rendered by the computer.
In addition, note that while Wendy Ellis was advised of the test results at the conclusion, it appears that Gelb failed to advise Sinclair that he had failed during the post-test interview.
So the PolyScore algorithm (that Ed Gelb so hailed in his polygraph report for Wendy Ellis) found Sinclair truthful with a less than 1% probability of deception! But in this case, Gelb and Barland (who cannot have been unaware of the firestorm of controversy that would have resulted had they found Sinclair non-deceptive with regard to this question) somehow reached a completely opposite conclusion!
Gelb did not provide Barland with the computerized data for the examination on Sinclair’s sex allegations, and thus he was not able to run PolyScore on them.

I believe Rove has had all of this information on Obama for a logn time, and was waiting to unleash it in September so that McCain would win by default. Somehow the story got out early, but since the MSM is ignoring it, it might as well have been held until September.
The blind scoring by a second expert refers to someone in Gelb’s office checking his results, not the verification by Barland. It’s common practice by Dr. Gelb and other polygraph experts to do this.

The second expert would be as expert in his office. Barland’s report goes into great detail and that fact wasn’t missed by Barland. BARLAND AGREES THAT SINCLAIR WAS BEING DECEITFUL.

Obama was listed by the IL state senate as absent for personal business on Nov. 4, 1999, the only day during that time the Senate met (confirmed by IL state government documentation).

I have been following this story for the last month and a half. Concluding, first, I thought it was unfound. Now, objectively reviewing situation, something is going on with this.
Larry said in the right perspective radio interview that he met Obama on November 6, 1999 @ 24 minute 34 seconds and the repeated the date @ 25 minutes 7 seconds in this radio interview.

Candidate who criticizes Clinton failure to disclose papers has dodged questions about his Illinois records.

Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) dodged questions Sunday about releasing papers from his eight years as an Illinois state senator, and his campaign has not answered records requests from the state’s two largest newspapers.
Obama’s campaign has prodded Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.) to make available additional records of her communications during her husband’s presidency.
In the Democratic presidential debate in Philadelphia on Oct. 30, Obama said to Clinton: “We have just gone through one of the most secretive administrations in our history, and not releasing, I think, these records at the same time, Hillary, as you’re making the claim that this is the basis for your experience, I think, is a problem.”
On Nov. 3, the Obama campaign sent out a letter from two leaders of his Iowa campaign, pressing Clinton to release her White House schedules before the Iowa caucuses.
“Fully releasing these records is in keeping with the spirit of the process that makes the Iowa caucus so special,” the letter says.
But two Chicago newspapers have said the Obama campaign has not responded to their requests for comparable papers from his career.
On NBC’s “Meet the Press” on Sunday, moderator Tim Russert asked Obama about the papers from his state legislative days, from 1997 to 2004.
Obama first said, “We did not keep those records.”
He then elaborated: “Well, let’s be clear.
“In the state Senate, every single piece of information, every document related to state government was kept by the state of Illinois and has been disclosed and is available and has been gone through with a fine-toothed comb by news outlets in Illinois.
“The stuff that I did not keep has to do with, for example, my schedule. I didn’t have a schedule. I was a state senator. I wasn’t intending to have the Barack Obama State Senate Library. I didn’t have 50 or 500 people to, to help me archive these issues.”
On Friday, Lynn Sweet of the Chicago Sun-Times reported that she had asked Obama at a news conference: “Do your state senate papers still exist? If they do, just where are they? And would you ever intend to make them public to be responsive to some requests?”
Sweet wrote that he replied: “Nobody has requested specific documents.”
But the Chicago Tribune has reported that it “requested documents from his time in Springfield and never received a response.”
And Sweet wrote of her own paper, “The Chicago Sun-Times has also been asking about Obama’s papers.”
Russert pressed Obama, who has touted his service in Springfield as proof of his experience, about his records of meetings with lobbyists.
“I did not have a scheduler, but, as I said, every document related to my interactions with government is available right now,” Obama said. “And, as I said, news outlets have already looked at them.”
Asked by Russert if he would commit to publishing his schedule each day, as his colleague Sen. Richard J. Durbin (D-Ill.), does, Obama said: “Well, you know, these days I have a public presidential schedule that I think everybody has access to.”
The Republican National Committee has kept up a near-daily drumbeat demanding release of the Clinton papers.
RNC spokesman Danny Diaz said of Obama’s reticence on records: “Barack Obama is a rookie senator with few accomplishments. Perhaps he’s reluctant to inform the public about his activities in Springfield because they demonstrate a lack of leadership at a state level as well.”
UPDATE: An Obama aide said: “Obama is pleased that all of the records that the state considers to be public are currently available. We are not in possession of documents from his time in the state senate that are not available to the general public and any pertinent files were passed on to his successor in the State Senate, Kwame Raoul. This is as opposed to the millions of documents that should be publicly available from the Clinton White House that currently are not. In fact, tens of thousands of documents are currently being kept from public view by a representative of the Clintons and that is just a miniscule fraction of what is available to archivists right now.”
Also, Lynn Sweet of the Chicago Sun-Times reported Monday morning that Obama “Senior strategist David Axelrod said Sunday night, ‘Files pertinent to ongoing casework were passed to Kwame Raoul, his successor.’ “

When a person asks the American people to elect them their leader, he or she has the burden of proof to answer any questions the voters might have… there are a lot of people sitting on the fence on this one, and I’m not talking about the die-hard Larry supporters. If Obama cleared the air with some honesty, a bunch of people would be persuaded to vote for him. This is not a court of law; this is the court of public opinion.
