Larry Sinclair, who agreed to take a $100,000 polygraph challenge administered by WhiteHouse.com in an effort to prove his allegations against Barack Obama, has negotiated a reduced payout that will bring $10,000 to the Duluth Salvation Army Housing Loan Program and the Girls and Boys Club of Duluth, both charities in his home state of Minnesota. He will also use money to help his mother pay off debt.
Obama supporters previously claimed that Sinclair has been motivated by money in choosing to come forward with his story.
