For those of you who don’t remember, prior to MSNBC, David Shuster was a correspondent for FOX News Channel based in D.C. A FOX News insider tells Big Head DC that “one of the reasons we fired David was because he was irresponsible…we knew it was just a matter of time before he would implode…”
David Shuster’s friends and family are circulating an “Enough Is Enough” e-mail, pleading for some consideration of the context of his foolhardy remark.
Gregg Jarrett apologized to Niger Innis immediately after he was identified on-screen as “Nigger Innis” while appearing on MSNBC. Six months later, Jarrett was working at FNC. What were the circumstances of Jarrett’s change of employment? Was he fired for apologizing before any of the network-approved “wronged parties” complained?
I am no fan of Shuster..thought he should have
been removed from Tv LONGGGGGG time ago. However,
it scares me that he’s going now because
the Billary Clinton doesn’t like what
he said. That kind of power and
insider control of the media is why we
are goose-stepping in our collective political
opinions and selection of pols. The Clintons,Kennedys,
“good ole boy” club uses the media to tell us
what to think, and why, and we gobble up
their lie-laced pablum to avoid thinking for
ourselves. Shuster is just an obvious tip
of an iceberg that is far greater in size and power
under the surface.
David Shuster should of been fired a long time ago. The man is an idiot! Even before the Clinton remark… he was marking wild off color comments.
I am sure he will end up at CNN… they seem to be hiring second rate reporters these days. Getting away from journalism and into tabloid reporting mode.
Why was he fired?
