The political losers are starting to weigh in. Very interesting that John Kerry chose Barack Obama over his 2004 running mate John Edwards. Also interesting that an old Washington establishment player would sign on to Obama’s campaign given how much grief Obama has given the Washington establishment. One thing’s for sure: Kerry must really hate Clinton for running this year and taking away all of his old staffers.
Bill Richardson dropping out and possibly supporting Clinton is less surprising, since he’s always seemed to agree more with her “ready for change” platform over Obama’s simpler “change” stance.
Now, let’s hear from the voters.
Bill Richardson, of course, is also a longtime ally of the Clintons–despite running against her for president. Remember that Richardson was a Cabinet Secretary during the Clinton administration, and he and the Clintons have always been close. In fact, Bill Clinton had praised Bill Richardson several times during the campaign. It’s too bad that Bill Richardson dropped out–he was the most experienced Democrat in the race, more experienced than most of the Republicans running, and, really, the man who would have made the best President of the United States. Many folks hope that he runs for President again. He could be one our best Presidents–really.
I’m serious, here, thefrontpage — Is his neck at all distracting for you? As he’s gained weight (which might make him less electable nationwide, however unfair that may be), he’s developed a distracting neck crease. It’s not so much a double-chin, but a crease where his double-chin used to be.
If you ask me, a Kerry endorsement is the kiss of death . . . I see it as round-about support for Edwards (my guy), or Clinton . . . .
Why am I not susprised that kerry endorsed hussein obama. Do we really care after his statement he made that was directed toward our troops in Irag.Abc had breaking news about husseins land deal with rezko. To me hussein obama had dealings with a shady character that happened to be from the middle east. wake america before it is too late!!!!!

It may be dumb to you but it is the truth. kerry did make a statement directed toward troops in irag. He said that if you study hard and make good grades and go to college then you want end up in irag.You must be an obama supporter. I respect your opinion although the truth is the truth.You must not have seen abc news talking about obama and rezko.How can writing the truth be dumb?

Hate to break it to you Ali, but Kerry is a decorated War Hero. You been to Iraq Ali? Did you go to Vietnam and get wounded? Did you abandon the life of a rich man and go to the jungles in Asia to put your life on the line because you believed in your country THAT MUCH? Because if you haven’t I don’t think you get to say anything about John Kerry. If you’re a soldier, sailor, or airman and you take issue with Kerry’s bad joke directed at BUSH, then speak up. You can vent to Kerry since you are on par with him. Ali, you are NOT on par with Kerry unless you yourself have sacrificed as much as he has for this great country.
I support Obama, and I am proud to have a good man like John Kerry stand by him.

BTW Ali, calling him Hussein Obama doesn’t scare anyone. I only care about one thing: is he an American? Obama has accept Jesus Christ as his lord and savior. He has given many speeches where he talks about his faith. No amount of bigotry, implied villany, or other malicious words can take that away from him. If you are insulting his middle name or implying any radicalism, however tacit, you should be ashamed of yourself. Even if he was a Muslim, he would make a fine president, as being a good man goes deeper than the religion you choose.

Evidently not every can have an opinion but you.I have a lot of respect for the military and the ones who have served our country.In fact I have spoken to several who have returned from Irag that live in our area. Where I live is mostly military. I thanked them for their service to our country. I have respect for both John Kerry and John Mccain.By the way I did not know this was a spelling and writing contest .To much in a hurry and didn’t proof read. Thanks for making me aware of my writing and spelling abilities.Never claimed to have great skills in that field.
