Max Follmer, a writer with the Huffington Post, is reporting that the alleged Sen. Trent Lott / Benjamin Nicholas affair never happened — and that there is no documenting information to support it. However, in no uncertain terms, there is — as Nicholas, Big Head DC and Larry Flynt know. Indeed, the denial posts from Nicholas that Follmer mentions in his piece as appearing on Nicholas’ blog are simply not there. Big Head DC also stands completely by our previous story that ABC newsman Sam Donaldson’s number appears in the records of alleged “DC Madam,” and that the ABC network covered up that fact when it reported Palfrey’s story in May.
Let me get this straight. Huffington Post is reporting that Sam Donaldson “accidentally” called the “DC Madam” several times over? And Huffington Post is reporting that the hooker has apparently changed his story as a result of political or financial pressure, even though there is absolutely no evidence of contrary statements on his Web site? Wow. And I thought HuffPo was liberal. Liberally insane, maybe.
A little birdie told me that Follmer, a wet-behind-the-ear newbie at HuffPo, was aware of Nicholas’ escort service before he penned this piece. Check into it.
Nicholas is getting death threats (I used to be his roommate, check my IP for San Antonio) — which explains his change of tune.
On his own website, the prostitute offers this…
“I will continue to offer a great sense of confidentiality to the people I see. I have not, nor have I ever seen or had contact with Senator Trent Lott. It’s as simple as that. It never happened.”
the first sentence tell the whole story… he is basically telling us that he is and will continue to “lie and deny” when it comes to questions about his, uhum, clients all in an effort to ensure his “brand” and stature as a goto pro for married and closeted men to secure discreet hookups with hooker!
He offers tight ass without big mouth.
I think that there is a Lott more to this story.
And you believe the hooker, why? The rentboy probably has a whole lott of reasons to lie about his relationship with the senator. He’s afraid of law enforcement, he’s been paid off by the gopers, he’s saving the details for his tell-all, threats, etc. The hooker with two first names has about as much credibility as Larry Craig did when he denied that he tapped his toes and twiddled his fingers in that bathroom stall. Were you naive or stupid enough to believe Craig, too?
It is interesting just how fast Huffpo has jumped in to try to beat out the flames licking around Mr. Lott’s feet. I can’t recall any other repug scandal that Huffpo’s writers have been this eager to deep six, even when parties involved (lamely) protested their innocence. This site has always been more than happy to run with whatever lurid story was making the rounds — until now, that is. Why is that? A sudden attack of scruples or compassion is simply out of the question, since no one here has ever displayed either trait. One has to wonder whether there are some connections between the escort and others involved in attempts to suppress this story.
One thing is certain, however. Your lame attempts to stamp out Lott’s smoldering fire will be in vain if and when Larry Flynt drops his load of napalm on the senator. This little tap-dance won’t mean much then. Better get the buckets ready — just make sure they aren’t full of gasoline instead of water.
The charge was first published by the Washington DC blog Big Head DC, which claimed to have emails where the escort, Benjamin Nicholas, allegedly playing coy, declined to go on the record because “Trent is going through his fair share of scrutiny right now and I don’t want to add to it.”
So he’s on a first-name basis with “Trent”? Assuming that Nicolas is lying, it seems like he’s awfully familiar with the Senator to refer to him by his first name.
Not proof of “guilt” in and of itself, but curious, nonetheless. This could all blow-over, but if there’s any truth to this rumor at all, it will undoubtedly come out. This story isn’t going away.
From what I read at queerty.com the hustler had two phone conversations with Lott, and at that time he wasn’t confirming or denying being with Lott. Could money have silenced the hustler….ya think?
I believe I can answer the question as to why Huffington Post ran the story without checking its facts. One of their political unit writers Jason Linkins has falsified information to his colleagues — one colleague of which I believed knew Nicholas before the story broke.
Jason Linkins is a known liar.
