Hustler publisher Larry Flynt, who earlier this year promised $1 million to anyone who could uncover facts leading to a major politico hypocrisy sex scandal, is now confirming Big Head DC’s scoop regarding Sen. Trent Lott:
HUSTLER Magazine has received numerous inquiries regarding the involvement of Larry Flynt and HUSTLER in the resignation of Trent Lott. Senator Lott has been the target of an ongoing HUSTLER investigation for some time now, due to confidential information that we have received.
Big Head DC has also received word that Hustler will soon provide more details on why Lott resigned — much more to come. It’s unknown at this point when Flynt will write the $1 million check to Big Head DC.

If this story is true–and I don’t think any discerning reader thinks it is just yet–please publish your Benjamin Nicholas sources (e-mails or voicemails or whatever). Flynt’s statement is not exactly compelling–it says nothing, really, other than that they’ve been “investigating” him.
