During a recent tour of the Washington Nationals new baseball park that’s currently under construction, D.C. Mayor Adrian Fenty refused to wear a safety construction helmet, despite being asked to do so several times over by officials on the scene. As pictures from the tour show, most other attendees wore the protective hats while touring the dangerous scene. Fenty, an admitted exercise freak, has long been known by city residents to be vain. But this is ridiculous.
