“Former book publisher Judith Regan’s lawsuit against HarperCollins, its publisher, Jane Friedman, and NewsCorp, is off to the races,” Radar reports. “In the 70-page suit, Regan says she refused to lie to federal investigators about her affair with Bernard Kerik as requested by NewsCorp execs—a request, she says, that was meant to protect Rudy Giuliani’s presidential bid.”
Regan was involved in publishing Kerik’s autobiography The Lost Son.

Regan, of course, has filed a the lawsuit of the century against News Corps, claiming that an executive there requested that she hide her relationship with Kerik, so as to protect Rudy Giuliani’s presidential bid.
