On FOX & Friends this a.m., Sean “Diddy” Combs discussed Barack Obama’s shortcomings — and his words may surprise you.
F&F’s Greg Kelly: Are you ready to throw your support behind a candidate?
Diddy: As in the previous election, my support is going behind the voters, and voters empowering themselves. I’m non-partisan. I have an organization called Citizen Change. Everybody knows about the Vote or Die campaign that I did in the last election. We had a huge impact on youth voters and also minority voters. That segment is the largest segment where there is room for growth. That segment can really change the outcome of an election, and that’s where my support is – to really educate youth voters and minority voters, and also disenfranchised voters. I was also a disenfranchised voter – and I still am some days – because you see these candidates and they are not saying anything that is going to make a difference. So hopefully we can put the pressure on the candidates by letting them know we are going to come out and vote, and we want them to speak to our issues.
F&F’s Brian Kilmeade: They say statistically that 18-34 belongs to Barack Obama. And he says that he’s the new generation. Have you met him? What do you think?
Diddy: I met Barack Obama — but I think he has to say something. He has to mean something. No candidate can get away for their gender or for their race. I definitely am honored that a black man is running for the presidency. But I think that, to be honest, he has to do something for black people. I need to hear him say he is going to do something to change our lives – because we need our lives changed.
F&F’s Gretchen Carlson: So how will you do Vote or Die for campaign 2008?
Diddy: I can’t tell you that right now, I’m not going to reveal that — but I will have an impact on this election in a positive way. I will bring out more voters, more disenfranchised voters, that probably weren’t going to vote because of this campaign.

Ohoh! A big boo-boo by BHR! He didn’t close a bold tag!
What are you talking about?
And you changed it without even noting the original mistake! Naughty, naughty Rob. That’s something you would pick on everyone else for. It seems that same standards don’t apply, do they???
LOL, I love me!
I love you too, Posh Spice!
