Jason Linkins has recently gone from being an unpaid HuffPo freelancer to a paid political blogger for the site. Arianna Huffington must not have a very good background check in place because the blogger, who goes by the DCeiver name online, tends to libel his colleagues. Here’s just a sampling of proof from his personal blog:

A paid political blogger? Last I checked, his area of expertise was undiscovered grunge bands.
Remember when Jason Linkins signed the Blogger Happy Hour boycott petition?
His past will catch up with him.
I remember when he signed the petition. As a matter of fact, I saw him sign the petition. Later on, after being pressured by Roosh, he claimed to have not actually signed it himself.
Him with the sock puppets! Oi.
Serious, Jason. You need to find some new words. “Sock puppet” is so 2003.
I want to know what resume lard Stinky is talking about!
Anyone know how he got this job? He went from plucking fancy words out of a thesaurus on his obscure blog to this? I’ve been trying to catch a break and get out from under Nick Denton’s thumb for while and I’m going no where. But Jason? He stinks!
