With a set of handcuffs attached to a thick black belt the look is mostly complete.

I’m going to decorate mine with glitter this weekend. Pink glitter. And cocaine, too.
The original website suggested carrying a roll of toilet paper to complete the effect! That represents the piece of paper, which Craig allegedly (ugh, who would do such a thing!) picked up from the floor in the stall! That would surely make your image scarier to most small boys and men than dressing as a Catholic Priest, Rep. Mark Foley, or as the Pope! If you want to really scare the local male population and truly disgust your neighbors, especially in Idaho, go “Trick or Treating” as Senator Larry Craig!
