    Bono was all over Capitol Hill on Wednesday to discuss global poverty. Here, he flashes a peace sign while flanked by Sen. Dick Lugar, at left, and Sen. Joe Biden, with a dopey-looking Sen. John Kerry looking on. Earlier in the day, Big Head DC has learned, the rocker stopped by House leader Nancy Pelosi’s office to give her a bouquet of flowers. She graciously accepted them.
