“Good Morning America” spoke today with two of Larry Craig’s stepchildren (Craig has no biological kids of his own because he apparently couldn’t get his wife preggers for some reason), and they are firmly standing by their bathroom bandit.

“He was a victim of circumstance, in the wrong place at the wrong time,” said Michael Craig of his father’s arrest.

They also said they asked their stepdad point blank whether he’s gay. He said no. And that, apparently, is all the proof they need. Plus! They said it wouldn’t matter if he is, despite the fact that it would mean the past 25 years of their mom’s life has been a utterly painful lie.
