    The new DC-based publication will attempt to take on the Politico. It’s owned by Redding Communications, Inc., a domestic profit corporation based out of Georgia with operations in Washington. Publisher Robert Redding, Jr. is currently a contestant in FishbowlDC’s “hottest media types” contest.
