MSNBC’s conservative talker Tucker Carlson flat out called Larry Flynt a “pig” on his program tonight as a result of the Hustler publisher’s role in revealing Sen. David Vitter’s affair with an escort while married. Carlson went on to say that he doesn’t fault any man who would lie under oath about marital infidelity. Hmm. Has anyone checked whether Carlson’s number is on any lists it shouldn’t be?
On the same show A.B. Stoddard, of the Hill newspaper, said that Vitter is the most boring man to have ever had an affair. These two jokers (Carlson and Stoddard) were so happy when no big names were revealed by ABC back in May, and acted like this was a non-story. Now that it is a story and involves conservatives, they have changed their tunes.
Oh, c’mon Tucker. Vitter is the pig. Don’t shoot the messenger.
