Mike Rogers, the gay editor of BlogActive, a blog that’s outed at least two dozen high-ranking political figures since 2004 - including senators, congressmen and Bush administration officials - has been deluged with tips since a recent profile of him appeared on Yahoo News. And he tells Big Head DC he’s researching every last one of them.

He says he has reason to believe that there are at least two current closeted members of the Senate and three in the House. He’s also investigating a tip that involves “one of the most successful business men responsible for much of the anti-gay political messaging in America.” But he’s not giving up any names until he’s done some thorough research. 

With a flood of tips to consider, Rogers is now asking for donations to help him travel to meet with sources around the country.
