Bill Clinton, while discussing his carbon footprint on Brian William’s program tonight, shared that his house in New York “leaks like a sieve.” Guess all the money’s going for Hillary’s campaign nowadays. But housing experts tell BHDC that it would only cost a few thousand bucks to slap a new roof on the ex-President’s residence, which cost $1.7 mil in the ealry 2000s.
“He could probably even get a great deal,” an architecture specialist told us this evening, “if he’s willing to endorse some of the newer brands of energy-efficient shingles.”
The power couple could even spring for a few solar panels that would further reduce their electricity use after all of Bill’s bulb changing, which we’ve detailed in the past.
